This policy explains what personal data Handmade Marketplace Private Limited collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and mobile number
• Delivery addresses and order history
• For sellers: identity and address documents, PAN and payout details, used only for verification, tax and payouts

Payments

Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment partner. We never see or store full card numbers.

Sharing

We share your name, delivery address and phone number with the artisan who fulfils your order and with the courier delivering it. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by contacting support@example.com. Records we must keep for tax and legal reasons are retained for the period the law requires.
