Shipping policy

Every artisan packs and dispatches their own orders, so an order containing items from several artisans may arrive in separate parcels.

Dispatch times

Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3 working days. Made-to-order items show their making time on the product page and are dispatched once complete.

Tracking

Once a parcel is dispatched, its courier and tracking number appear in your order history.

Delivery area

We currently deliver within India only.
